January 13th, 2010- We went to see Dr. Anderson today expecting to just hear the baby's hearbeat but we ended up getting to see the baby too! It's amazing how much the baby changed between 7 weeks and 11 weeks! The baby quadrupled in size, from 9 mm to 2 inches in length (head to butt). The baby was kicking and swimming around like an olympic swimmer and was even trying to suck its thumb! I can't wait to feel the baby move! As you can see in the sonogram pic, the baby now has arms, legs, hands, and feet (they're a little blurry from all the kicking and moving). We also got to hear the baby's hearbeat, which was around 165 bpm. Dr. Anderson says everything looks good. It's awesome seeing God's creation growing! We feel so blessed!!!

wow erin!! i didn't know ya'll were expecting! congrats to you two!! how exciting... can't wait to find out if it's aboy or a girl. oh, and your house is gorgeous - so glad you got a blog going. i'll add ya to my page.
